BWArchitects has developed a new 50,000 sf vehicle maintenance and pipe fabrication facility for an international project development and construction company. The design incorporates materials with lightweight properties and a high level of recycled content. The project aims to achieve LEED Gold status and employs daylighting strategies, advanced building insulation techniques and inexpensive materials. The building is currently under construction and is on a fast track schedule.
