BWA was hired by the coop board at One Sutton Place South to manage a series of capital improvement projects preserving the historic elements of the building, while modernizing and upgrading services. 

Restoration work is ongoing but projects have included: facade and iron work restoration; modernization of five original elevator cabs; driveway, sidewalk and curb replacement and coordination of design modifications to the private garden.
